Founding and Principal Partner
Advocate Praveen Mahajan has over 25 years of experience in the practice of law and has represented various Indian and Multi-National Corporate Clients in diverse areas of corporate and civil litigation before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, Special Courts, Bombay High Court & the Supreme Court of India.
His practice areas include Money Recovery litigation, Company Law Litigation & Advisory, Company Incorporation, Insolvency Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance Law, Property Litigation & and Corporate Criminal Litigation dealing with Cheating and Corporate fraud.
He is an accomplished orator who regularly speaks at conferences, national law colleges, NIRC symposiums, and ICSI Chapter Programmes conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has addressed many Company Secretaries and ICSI students on various aspects of corporate law and contributed immensely to capacity- building initiatives taken by ICSI for its members and students.
